• Serves business or government customers through managed IT/OT services, advisory/professional services, distribution, automation & systems integration, specialty contracting, or engineered manufacturing  

• Enjoys $4-15M in annual revenue that has a stable, ongoing track record with limited customer turnover

• Consistently produces $600K+ in annual earnings

• Is located in the Southeast US, our primary interest is in metro areas or smaller markets in Western NC, Upstate SC, Eastern TN, and Western VA

• Has 5+ years of operating history with a team of around 10 or more employees
