• Serves business or government customers through services, distribution or consulting/advisory specialization  

• Enjoys $4-15M in annual revenue that has a stable, ongoing track record with limited customer turnover

• Consistently produces $600K+ in annual earnings

• Is located in the Southeast US, our primary interest is in metro areas or smaller markets in the Western Carolinas and Virginia, and Eastern Tennessee

• Has 5+ years of operating history with a team of around 10 or more employees
